Pierre Island to Trois Rivieres, anchor

Up and out early. It's wasn't far to Trois Rivieres, only a couple of hours. This makes a nice launching point to Quebec City, which is our plan for tomorrow.

I'm happy to report it was a pretty uneventful ride. When we woke this morning, around 6 am, it was misty, and by 6:30 fully fogged in. We thought that might make the trip slower but it mostly burned off by go-time.

This section is along the St. Lawrence River which runs out to the Atlantic. It's starts being tidal at this location, and is greatly so by Quebec. The marina will be behind a lock, so it will not be affected.

Sunrise, just before the fog hit, and Pierre Island.

While it's Monday it's technically still part of
Canada Day weekend. And the beach folk
came to get some sun.
We really didn't do much the rest of the day, other than book our stay in a marina tomorrow. And watch the partiers at TR's little beach.
