Baltimore repairs
We arrived in Baltimore just after Easter to wrap up some repairs. We'll be in Charm City for 4-6 weeks to get her ready to list. Since we're not moving to another boat, everything that is useful (tools, parts, dishware, kitchen stuff) will stay on the vessel. But that still leaves some appliances and clothes and personal things that need to be moved off. Doesn't sound like much but it's enough that we're planning to rent a van and drive across country.

One of the clean up tasks is to remove our stickers. Mostly done now -- not as difficult as we thought. That's a win.
Meanwhile the unfun tasks are happening. Russ is still working on some of the electrical. I'm cleaning up some of the "must be gone to sell" items on the list.
All the while the Anchorage Marina is still witnessing repairs to the walking path the locals call the promenade. This has been in the works for years and finally underway. But the brutal winter slowed things down terribly. This phase was supposed to be done but mid-March. Then mid-April. We're all attending the meeting later this month to get the new date. We came back largely to move the boat, which is in someone else's slip while ours is closed for the repair. But if it doesn't open before we leave we'll have to rely on the marina to move the boat.

Rare dawn photo. Taken from my hotel in Miami. I'm here celebrating my brother's 60th bday. While Russ remains in Bmore.
